Stay on N.Conduit Avenue which becomes N. Conduit Blvd. Turn slight left onto Atlantic Avenue. Turn right onto Classon Avenue and Left onto Lefferts Place.

From La Guardia Airport -  Take the Grand Central Parkway West and exit at the Brooklyn Queens Expressway - exit 4 (towards Verrazano Bridge). Take the BQE and exit at exit 29 - Tillary Street (towards the Manhattan bridge). Take Tilary Street and turn left onto Flatbush Avenue Ext.. Turn right on Nevins Street. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue. Turn left onto Classon Avenue and left onto Lefferts Place.
